A performance will be given of the sacred Otario Messiah by GF Handel. The Stellenbosch Libertas Choir and Orchestra will be conducted by Johan de Villiers, with concert masterPetri Salonen and soloists Magdalene Minaar (soprano), Minette du Toit-Pearce (alto), Given Nkosi (tenor) and Thato Machona (bass). The organist will be Zorada Temmingh. Basso Continuo: Marian Lewin (Cello) & Albert Combrink (Harpsichord).
