The CT Tango Ensemble presents a brand new programme with many new additions to their repertoire. Compositions by the “Golden Age” master Agustin Bardi are juxtaposed with tributes by other composers such as Horacio Salgan. A generous helping of Astor Piazzolla is always to be expected from South Africa’s premiere Tango Orchestra. The programme also includes original compositions by Stanislav Angelov and Charles Lazar as well as a Piazzolla arrangement by Albert Combrink.
