Lynelle Kenned meets Hendrik Hoenderhaan. A Rooster with quite a temperament, as it turns out
Hendrik is getting old, and he’s a bit lazy now to climb into the Magnolia tree at night to go to bed, so he has moved into thie luxury “Broadwood Apartment” at Cafe Bon Bon. He nodded off and even started snoring. Eventually though, Hendrik had to vacate his boudoir in favour yours truly, proving that there can just be one of us that Rules the Roost.
We heard some mysterious plonks on the piano. Upon investigating, the artist turned out to be Hendrik. A touch too Avante Garde perhaps, but certainly arresting the ear.
